Formatting Guidelines
• All submissions must be in English.
• Written Essays. Essays have no formal template and are submitted using our online form. Essays should not exceed 4,000 words.
• Short Papers. Short papers should present current or ongoing research and must include an abstract, literature review, methodology, and a discussion of expected results. The suggested word count is 2,000–4,000 words.
• Full Papers. Full papers should contain a concise abstract, a comprehensive literature review, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion. The suggested word count is 5,000–8,000 words.
• Template for Short and Full Papers. Authors of short and full papers should use the standard IEEE conference paper template available on Overleaf. To access it, search for “IEEE Conference Template” and select “Open as Template". Remove author names from the template before submitting to ensure a blind review. If you prefer you can also use our Microsoft Word Template - though the Overleaf template is preferred.
• References should follow the IEEE citation style included in the template.
• Presentation Requirement. Accepted presenters of short and full papers will be required to prepare an accompanying PowerPoint presentation for delivery at the conference.
